Note di degustazione
Neither of the two bottled vintages reviewed below appears to have retained much of the charm, elegance, and fruit it displayed from cask. An attractive dark ruby color is followed by an herbaceous, aggressively tannic wine with moderate weight, light body, ripeness, and sweet fruit. However, 5-6 years of cellaring will undoubtedly cause this fragilely constructed wine to become attenuated and austere. Drink it over the near-term.
