Note di degustazione
Russet ruby colour with tertiary undergrowth and leather aromatics, this is charming, blueberry and raspberry fruits, unfussy, enjoyable, toasted oak, cold ash. More evolved than many but juicy, tasty and easy to recommend.

Luscious if unformed nose. Rather austere and tart on the palate. This is either extremely youthful or it was picked just a bit too early. (JR)
Attractive, medium-bodied wine with Cabernet fragrance and lift. Firm, grainy tannins. Drink 2014-2022
Tasted at the Pomerol Syndicate tasting and at the Cercle Rive Droite. A blend of 75% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc, this has a reticent nose of soft, red-berried fruit, touches of mulberry and redcurrant, needing more vigour. The palate is medium-bodied with a decent structure (from the Cabernet Franc), quite fleshy but with a little edginess towards the finish. Not a complex Pomerol, but well crafted and defined, the finish fresh and pleasing. Tasted April 2010.
