(just 148 bottles produced; bottled two weeks prior to my visit) Deep red. Stony red fruits, tobacco and sexy oak scents on the nose. At once silky and sharply delineated, with harmonious acids and mineral and floral notes allowing this young wine to dance on the palate. Superb, slow-mounting finish features extremely suave tannins and subtle hints of minerals, mint and fresh herbs. Wonderfully aromatic, classy Burgundy.
