Very complex and addictive on the nose. Intensely minerality, wet stones followed by lemongrass, peach blossom, honeysuckle and gorgeous hints of white truffle. Excellent freshness and vibrancy on the palate, this absolutely shimmers in the mouth. Stunning and drinking beautifully now.
