1989 Veuve Clicquot Trillenium

With time in the glass, this is a great experience that in many ways is reminiscent of the magical 88. Bready, peppery, oily and round with a caramel undertone and layers of nuts, smoke and duck liver flavour. Clicquot's vintage wine has more to win than Bollinger by storage in the house's cellar.
