1997 Valpolicella Classico

This wine is a fresh, earthy, cherry-scented wine with lively acidity, light to medium body, and a zesty, exuberant style. It is not a big wine, but rather, a delicate Valpolicella with gobs of personality and liveliness. I would opt for drinking it over the next several years.
