2008 Biac

The first vintage of Château Biac under the Asseily family, and the highest proportion of Cabernet Sauvignon of all vintages since. Now 13 years old, and the Cabernet still dominates in terms of savoury blackcurrant fruits and the fine-boned, finessed character than good quality Cabernet gets as it ages.
