2003 Txomin Etxaniz

Perfumed, estery aromas of peach, grapefruit, apple, tarragon and ginger. Offers lovely spicy fruit with atypical ripeness and density, thanks to the superripe year, yet manages to avoid heaviness (in cool years, this can be distinctly lemony). Finishes very long, spicy and delicious.
