Note di degustazione
Sweet almost exotic oak and cigar box freshness. Sweet toasty oak carries over to the palate and I fear it will outlast the fruit? Initial appeal but a little drying on the finish. (JH)

The 2003 vintage does not appear to be up to the high standards of this well-run Pessac-Leognan estate. Lean and earthy, with notes of tobacco, cedar, and black cherries, this dark plum/ruby-tinged 2003 possesses an attenuated, pinched, narrow mid-palate and finish. It can be consumed over the next decade.
Lots of sweetness plus some Sauvignon greenness. Very very sweet and soft. Drink now! Fruit juice. (JR)
