2002 Nuits St Georges Les Boudots

Ruby-red. Slightly reduced nose dominated by mocha and chocolatey torrefaction. Quite reduced and hard to judge, but shows lovely sweetness and lift, and a fine-grained texture. Round, silky, long wine, finishing with very fine tannins. This had already gotten an extra racking owing to its reductive nature.
