From a blind tasting of more than 60 white burgundies submitted to British Airways for serving in their First Class cabin from August 2008 until August 2009. Refreshing but not perfectly direct nose. Very green fruit flavours on the nose. Fresh lemon sherbet. Not quite satisfying enough for First Class though a perfectly respectable Pouilly-Fuissé for the future. (JR)
