Based on the 2011 vintage and disgorged in February 2021, the NV Brut Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs offers up aromas of honeyed orchard fruit and buttery pastry. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, with a fleshy core of fruit and chalky grip that's balanced by the wine's seven grams per liter dosage.
