2023 Riesling Unendlich

The 2023 Riesling Unendlich is sourced mostly from Kellerberg, with a smaller portion from Höhereck and Loibenberg, made from the ripest grapes, of which about 10% were slightly shriveled. It was not made in 2022 and will not be made in 2024. The wine was fermented in steel and then spent one and a half years in large barrels. On the nose, smooth, ripe mandarin is bedded on creaminess. Likewise, the palate is creamy, with smoothness, concentration, citrus verve and drive. This leaves a footprint, is powerful and has weight, yet it is not at all heavy.
