The 2023 Riesling Graacher Domprobst Kabinett is still reduced on the nose, but the palate immediately sets a tone of serene lightness and smooth, calm, cooling freshness. Pure lemon hits that lovely intersection between zest and pith, bringing supple texture and lift. Understated, vibrant and so pure, the merest tingle of yellow grapefruit peel sets a delicious accent on the finish. Available at auction: 450 bottles, 30 magnums, 3 double magnums. (Medium)
