Note di degustazione
Cask sample. Displays all the charm and finesse of Chambolle. Much more serious than the Bourgogne Pinot Noir. Surprisingly dark hue, fine tannins, crunchy black-cherry fruit, soft, generous finish. (AWH)

Felettig's 2020 Chambolle-Musigny Vieilles Vignes unwinds in the glass with aromas of cherries and raspberries mingled with hints of licorice and warm spices. Medium to full-bodied, rich and lively, it's concentrated and seamless, with powdery tannins and a long, penetrating finish.
The 2020 Chambolle-Musigny Vieilles Vignes comes from 50-year old vines from a number of small parcels. It has plenty of cranberry and wild strawberry fruit on the nose, very vivacious with a touch of crushed stone underneath. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy tannins, fine grip and volume with Morey-like structure on the finish. Very fine.
