This is nothing less than a spectacular Pfaffenberg with a concentrated but fresh and precise, lush and elegant palate. This is a self-confident, refined, persistently saline and quiet-flowing Pfaffenberg of great class and style. This is a spectacular, piquant and concentrated wine that belongs in any cellar of Riesling lovers. 13% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in September 2022.
