The 2019 Niederberg Helden Riesling Auslese –Lange Goldkapsel– displays intense, perfectly ripe and delicate fruit intertwined with very fine, crunchy slate aromas. Round and perfectly balanced on the palate, with stimulating salinity and highly delicate acidity, this is a fabulous artwork of an Auslese, and it is impossible to spit. This is 7% alcohol, light, frisky and gracile. Tasted at the domain in September 2020 (AP 25 20).

AP number 25 20. TA 8.4 g/l, RS 149 g/l. Very unevolved nose. But golden syrup and passion fruit on the palate to an extraordinary degree of sweetness. Light honey texture. So pure and clean on the finish. (JR)
