2024 Elodie Chenin Blanc

The 2024 Elodie comprises Swartland Chenin Blanc that is whole bunch pressed and matured in 500-litre barrels. Dried apricot and light peach skin scents combine with subtle chai aromas on the nose that gradually unfold. The palate is well balanced with a keen line of acidity, fresh and quite sapid with plenty of solids on the finish. Like its fellow '24s, there is fine texture here with a spicy, stem ginger tinged finish. Lovely.
