Comprising 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sémillon, matured in new, neutral and stainless barrels, the 2022 La Flor de Jonata is an exotic, tropical expression of this unique wine, opening with notes of white peach, nectarine, basil and dried white flowers. The palate is plush, spongy and dense, before transitioning into a polished, decadent finish that maintains a vibrant, saline spine.

Rocking Bordeaux Blanc-like notes of crushed citrus, pineapple, honeyed flower, and sweet mint all emerge from the 2022 Flor, a medium-bodied, concentrated, balanced white that has terrific purity of fruit, nicely integrated acidity, and a great finish. A blend of 85% sauvignon Blanc and 15% Semillon, it's perfect for drinking over the coming 4-6 years, if not longer.
The 2022 Flor, Jonata's blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Sémillon, is rich and expansive in the glass. Citrus peel, chamomile, dried flowers and spice reveal themselves with a bit of time in the glass. Saline notes appear with more air. All the elements are so well balanced in this hugely distinctive white.
