1967 Recioto Valpolicella Amarone Classico Superiore

Dark, almost blackish ruby with orange rim. Almost no signs of oxidation and still amazingly fresh. Just a little waxy and hint of orange peel and tobacco and dried fig. Really energetic acidity. Succulent and not heavy at all. Wonderful extract, and goes on and on. (WS)
