Saturated purple. Vibrant dark berry and cherry aromas are complicated by suggestions of licorice, smoky bacon and exotic spices. Tightly focused and chewy in texture, offering intense, mineral-laced blackberry, cherry-vanilla, smoked meat and candied violet flavors that become firmer and spicier with air. Delivers a compelling blend of richness and finesse and finishes extremely long and precise, with a solid, mineral thrust and steadily building tannins.
