Note di degustazione
Tasted blind. Peachy, smoky 'different' nose. Very Alsace. Very pungent. Great tension. Maybe slightly too young at the moment. (This is Olivier Humbrecht;s tribute to terroir, a blend of Chardonnay and Auxerrois from Clos Windsbuhl.) Very well done. GV (JR)

Very flinty nose, medium-full body with fresh nuts and lemon peel character. An interesting touch of tannin, some real minerality and a lively acidity at the long finish. Made from biodynamically grown grapes.
The 2015 Zind blends two-thirdsf Chardonany with one-third Auxerroirs, and shows a super ripe fruit and elegant nose. Full-bodied, fresh and piquant, with a stunning grip and refreshing vitality, this is an enormous wine. It is juicy, almost lush, very ripe and fruity, but also refreshing and well-structured. There is a grippy, pure and salty finish, with 12.8% alcohol. Tasted as a cask sample in early February, a few days before the bottling.
