The 2023 Classic Riesling is lush and round, with lime juice, chalk, white pepper, shaved fennel, layers of green apple and saline acidity. The wine is soft in the mouth and full of flavor and delivers a kind of sumptuous drinking experience. Good! 12% alcohol, sealed under screw cap.

The 2023 Riesling Classic is made in a pure, pristine and precise style. This off-dry expression is clear in its preservation of fruit purity. It has a calm, relaxed manner and provides excellent harmony. There is a phenolic character thanks to a small amount of skin contact that allies with the variety's natural acidity to create line and frame.
