(this fermented for 14 months) Pale yellow-gold. Enticing aromas of soft citrus fruits, smoke and ginger. Powerful acids are nicely supported by good density of material. Flavors of smoke, spice and exotic honey. This has excellent spine. A rather Germanic style.
