Much more aromatic than both the 2011 and 2012 – lifted perfume character with wild flower and wet clay mineral aromatics. Ripe orange rind flavours with additional mineral undertones of seashell and wet stone. The texture is sublime, super fine with savoury spices on the back palate. This is the most integrated of all the vintages.

Tenuta Venissa is a remarkable winery based in the Venice lagoon on the island of Mazzorbo. The winery is owned and run by the Bisol family (of Prosecco fame) which has pioneered the winemaking revival in the region.
