2013 Mayacamas Sauvignon Blanc

The 2013 Sauvignon Blanc is one of the most unique whites I have ever tasted from Mayacamas. A real sense of phenolic mountain intensity comes through. Explosive and structured, but with terrific mid-palate creaminess, the 2013 exudes varietal character and nuance. A host of lime, white pepper, mint and mineral notes inform this nuanced, energetic Sauvignon. This is a superb white from Mayacamas.
