Shimmering ruby. Powerful red and blue fruit, potpourri and baking spice aromas show fine clarity and pick up a vanilla nuance with air. Sappy and energetic on the palate, offering concentrated blueberry, black raspberry and spicecake flavors that turn sweeter through the back half. The floral note comes back strong on a long, appealingly sweet finish framed by steadily mounting tannins.
