2021 Opolo - Zinfandel

The 2021 Zinfandel Mountain is quite savory in the glass. Wild herbs, black currants and ashen stone can be found with swirling. This is surprisingly juicy and fresh, with crisp red and black fruits under an air of sweet lavender. Building tannins define the finish, clamping down hard while leaving violet inner florals to fade slowly. Cellaring will be required.
