One of the more flattering, soft, and easy to understand and consume wines of the vintage, Calon-Segur's 1975 exhibits considerable amber at the edge, a sweet nose of roasted herbs, mocha, chocolatey red and black fruits, medium body, some tannin, and spicy, gingery flavors. This wine should drink well for another decade.
