Note di degustazione
The 2019 Chateauneuf du Pape les Sinards includes a fair proportion (30%) of young vines from Beaucastel, but most of the production comes from surrounding parcels also owned by members of the Perrin family. Scents of asphalt, leather and spice bring ample savory complexity to the black cherry fruit in this medium to full-bodied effort. It's supple enough to drink now but with enough concentration to age a decade or so.

Dark, glistening ruby. Pungent red/blue fruits, licorice, succulent herbs and cola on the perfumed nose. Velvety and broad on entry, offering juicy cherry preserve and blueberry flavors that tighten up and turn spicier with air. Fine-grained tannins lend shape to a long, pliant finish that features a building floral note. Much of the fruit for this wine came from young Grenache vines at Château de Beaucastel.
