2021 Cakebread Sauvignon Blanc

99% Sauvignon Blanc, 1% blend of Sémillon, Viognier and Verdejo. Fresh nose and luxurious off-dry palate. A tiny bit hard on the end but very flattering. And it has sufficient acidity even if not quite as much interest as, say, a Spottswoode or Eisele. (JR)
