Medium red. Pretty aromas of raspberry, red cherry, crushed stone, mint and botanical herbs. Urgent flavors of red fruits, spices and stone show very good cut and thrust. Not a lot of flesh or volume here but has good palate presence nevertheless. Finishes with dusty tannins, notes of red berries and flowers, a crushed-stone pungency and sneaky lift and length.

The 2010 Chambolle-Musigny is very, very pretty in this vintage. It flows across the palate with expressive layers of red berries and flowers, all supported by racy, silky tannins. In short, it is a very representative Chambolle at the villages level.
Rather surprisingly meaty on the nose and a bit tough on the palate, though less extreme. Juicy but rather unwelcoming. (JH)
Good bright red. Reduced, lightly herbal nose seems stunted by the recent sulfuring. Then sweet and supple on the palate, with flavors of redcurrant, raspberry and leather. Nicely fleshy and dense for this cuvee , which is made from several parcels. Finishes fresh, firmly tannic and persistent. (By the way, don't hesitate to try the Hudelot-Noellat Bourgogne, which offers lovely red fruit and floral perfume and solid concentration.)
