Walt has made a terrific 2015 Pinot Noir Clos Pepe Vineyard and this beauty shines in the vintage. Offering deep, rich notes of black cherries, currants, smoked herbs and earth, it hits the palate with medium to full-bodied richness, has good acid levels, plenty of depth and a great finish. It has more texture than most in the vintage and is well worth checking out.

Medium to deep ruby-purple colored, the 2015 Pinot Noir Clos Pepe Vineyard has chocolate covered cherries, baking spice and sautéed herbs notes over a core of mulberries, red currant jelly and wild blueberries. Full-bodied, rich, ripe and spicy in the mouth, it has lovely plush tannins and just enough freshness framing the gregarious fruit, finishing long.
