The 2023 Pinot Noir Gap's Crown Vineyard was fermented with 15% whole clusters and matured for 18 months in 20% new French oak. It has nuanced aromas of wild cherry, cranberry, wildflowers, bitters and foresty undertones. The light-bodied palate is bursting with concentrated, crunchy, earth-laced flavors. It has an elegant frame of silky tannins, bursts of mouthwatering acidity and a long, complex finish. It should be long lived in the cellar. 258 cases were made.
