Note di degustazione
The 2019 Pinot Noir le Caprice is the most fruit-forward and perhaps least complex of the Peter Michael Pinots, but it's still a fine effort, with notes of spring flowers, rose hips and cinnamon accenting ripe cherries. There's a touch of smoke from the barrels as well. It's medium to full-bodied, with a long, silky-textured finish. Enjoy it on the younger side.

The 2019 Pinot Noir Le Caprice is gorgeous. Bright, floral and nuanced, the Caprice is all class in 2019. Crushed flowers, sweet red berry fruit, spice and blood orange all run through the 2019. I can't remember a Peter Michael Pinot with this much finesse and drive.
This is a solid, firm pinot with pine cones, bark, dark berries and wet earth. Mushrooms, too. Full-bodied, yet linear with lively acidity. Juicy, showing dried strawberries with salty and spicy notes. Drink or hold.
