Note di degustazione
The 2017 Chablis Vaucoupin 1er Cru is lively, vivid and wonderfully perfumed. Lemon confit, sage and mint are all finely knit in this silky, nuanced 2018. This is a very pretty, racy wine with bright saline notes that punctuate the finish.

Servin's 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Vaucoupin, which was matured entirely in tank, is also performing well, revealing suggestions of lemon oil, lime zest, tart green pear, wheat toast and flowers. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, ample and layered, with broad shoulders, good concentration and a saline finish. This, too, is still quite youthfully reserved and is a good prospect for bottle age.
Beautifully ripe and gently exotic peaches and papaya with green mangoes, lemons and wet stones. The palate has a terrific sense of intensity and freshness. Great concentration, depth and drive here. Drink or hold.
The 2017 Chablis Vaucoupin 1er Cru, which has not been racked, has a very classic, wet grass and apple peeling bouquet, a little austere after the Vaillons but well defined. The palate is fresh and harmonious on the entry although I am seeking more definition and complexity towards the linear finish.
