A randomly old vintage found in a Singapore bottle shop. Diam-sealed. Beautifully evolved, with oil and dairy aplenty. Still super-fresh lime fruit, although it seems drier and more savoury than it might as a young wine. Perfect example of mature Alsace Riesling, impeccably dressed but with dirty shoes leaving mud stains on the carpet. (RH)

The 2014 Riesling is pure, fresh and elegant on the nose, displaying mineral and lemon flavors. On the palate, this is a lean, pure, clear and straight Riesling in the bone-dry and salty style.
