Medium to deep garnet-purple colored, the 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon Archimedes features an earth and garrigue-laced nose over a core of warm cassis, baked plums and mulberries plus wafts of dried herbs and cigar box. Medium to full-bodied, the palate gives a good amount of earthy black fruit with an approachable, chewy frame and great freshness, finishing savory. 1,030 cases produced.
