Maybe it’s hard to imagine a hardcore dessert wine, but here it is! The dried-mango character of this great, high-end Mosel Auslese is incredibly concentrated, but the wine is also extremely bright on the medium- to full-bodied palate. An electric energy seems to drive the very long, almost blisteringly intense finish. Very limited production. Drinkable now, but best from 2026.
