2003 Bonaccorsi Pinot Noir Santa Rita Hills

(from the Cargasacchi and Arita Hills vineyards, at the cool western and warmer eastern ends of the appellation, respectively) Good dark red. High-toned aromas of currant, plum, coffee and meat. Sweet, spicy red berry flavors show moderate complexity but good fruit intensity and a plianttexture. Finishes with sweet, fine tannins.
