Matured in used French oak, concrete and stainless steel, the 2023 Roussanne is scented of white peach preserves, graham cracker, bread dough and white flowers. The medium-bodied palate is concentrated and weighty with expansive flavors, mouthwatering acidity and a long, leesy finish. 525 cases produced.

This is round and supple with mineral-tinged white pit fruits that swirl across a stream of cooling acidity. Kiwi and green melon tones resonate as the 2023 finishes with amazing length and freshness, leaving a weighty glycerol sensation on the palate. The textural depth here is remarkable, even for Roussanne.
