2015 Lazy River - Pinot Noir Willamette Valley

Vivid red. Aromas of oak-spiced red and blue fruits, vanilla and candied flowers, along with woodsmoke and cola notes that gain strength as the wine opens up. Palate-coating black raspberry, boysenberry and cherry liqueur flavors show very good depth and tighten up steadily on the back half. A sweet mocha quality comes in on a long, penetrating finish that's given grip by chewy but well-integrated tannins.
