2021 Magnon - Rozeta

Not destemmed (and plenty of carbonic maceration) and aged in wooden tanks and barrels, the 2021 Corbières Rozeta has a beautifully complex nose of red and black fruits, cedary herbs, pepper, and spice, with an almost Burgundian-like vibe in its aromas and flavors. Medium-bodied, mid-weight, and elegant, it's juicy and deliciously quaffable, and brings plenty of character. I would not push the aging curve and would enjoy this in its youth.
