2012 Cameron - Clos Electrique Rouge

Deep, vivid red. Potent spice- and mineral-accented aromas of dried cherry, rose oil, sassafras and musky underbrush. At once sweet and savory, offering intense bitter cherry and black raspberry flavors that tighten up slowly on the back half. Really stains the palate but comes off as lithe, finishing sappy and very long, with resonating spiciness and a subtle touch of smoked meat.
