2021 Melka Majestique GSM Paderewski Vineyard

Coming from the Paderewski Vineyard in Paso Robles, the 2021 Syrah Majestique was 90% destemmed and brought up French oak. This inky-hued, primary, powerful Syrah has serious density in its blackberry, ground pepper, liquid violets, and iron-driven aromas and flavors. Full-bodied and beautifully balanced, with both tannins and acidity, it needs to be forgotten for 3-4 years, but this is a killer Syrah in the making.
