The 2022 Chardonnay Chappellet Grower Collection Sangiacomo Vineyard, which comes from Carneros, takes on a more sun-kissed and tropical personality. Pouring a medium yellow/golden color, it offers expansive aromas of grilled pineapples, hazelnut, peaches, honeysuckle, and citrus oils on the nose. This full-bodied Chardonnay has a ripe feel with a rounded and fleshy texture and is approachable now. Opulent but well-balanced, it will be best enjoyed over the next several years. Drink 2025-2030.
