The floral, spiced 2000 Gewurztraminer Cuvee Theo is light to medium-bodied, satin-textured, and feminine. Its rich, lively character offers loads of beautifully detailed flower-infused pears. Fresh but reticent aromas of ginger and flowers. Fresh, nicely delineated flavors of ripe citrus fruits and spiced meats. More powerful than the Reserve Personnelle but also subtler and more nuanced.
