The residually sweet 2005 Urziger Wurzgarten Riesling Kabinett offers aromas of strawberry jam, caramelized apple, and brown spices. But for all the ripeness those aromas suggest, and despite a creamy texture, this also draws on reserves of fresh, tart strawberry and subtle citricity to keep it lithe and lively.
