2003 Domaine Marius Delarche Corton-Renardes Vieilles Vignes Reserve Grand Cru

Chocolate, roasted spices, and intense black fruit aromas can be found in the nose of the backward, highly extracted 2003 Corton-Renardes Vieilles Vignes Reserve (red). This concentrated wine is medium to full-bodied, broad-shouldered, and firmly structured. Tar, licorice, and jammy plums are intermingled with black cherry syrup in its tannin-laden character as well as in its exceptionally long finish.
