2021 Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is co-fermented with around a total of 10% Petit Verdot and Tannat. It's very slow to reveal aromas of cassis, graphite and violet at this early stage. The full-bodied palate is light on its feet, with finely grained tannins and bursts of mouthwatering acidity, and it has a long, graphite-laced finish. It's more coiled than the other 2021s from Denner and will require several years in bottle to fully unfold.
